My sanctuary

There will always be a favorite part of the house. Agree with me. And this part of the house where this laptop is located is my favorite spot. The desk area, (nearest to the window so a person who goes here can feel the wind) where I can do a lot of things, google, read, watch, listen, just be ME, all alone! I can contemplate, think, meditate, scrutinize. Sigh, truly, I need moments like those but not too much. Since darkness is visually stimulating and small amounts of light look appealing...I grabbed my phone and captured a nice photo.

It makes me want to pray as well...

Dear God,

I don't want to be the most beautiful,

I don't want to be the most powerful,

I don't want to be the most popular,

I don't want to be the most talented,

I don't want to be the smartest,

I don't want to be the richest,

But please Lord,

make me the most thankful,

the most content,

and the happiest person living.
